History

1979 Japan Jurong Engineering Co., Ltd.(JJEL) was established
as Japanese corporation wholly owned by Singapore engineering company, Jurong engineering Limited (JEL). After establishment, it has been developing human resources services mainly for heavy industry and engineering companies in Japan.
1990 Started hiring foreign engineers
2001 Obtained the worker dispatch undertaking permit
2008 obtained the Free-charging Employment Placement permit
2021 Changed its company name to Cosmo Advance Technology Co., Ltd.
Became a subsidiary of the Cosmo Engineering Group.
As of July 2021, about 60 Japanese and foreign engineers are being dispatched in Japan and other countries.
